About Chris
I have over 20 years of real estate industry experience. My real estate experience started in the late 90s as a mortgage broker. I then went on to start a home appraisal company where I spent right at 10 years in the business. During the same time, I was a co-owner of a national mortgage education company where we trained over 18k loan officers. We contributed into the national licensing requirements now required of every loan officer. After selling those companies, I went on to create a home inspection company where customer service carried on from my prior experience of making sure honesty, credibility and loyalty were all part of my fanatical customer service. My views are where you are and will always be #1. Buying or selling a home will always be one of the biggest decisions you could ever make.
